No.002/2002 April 11, 2002 Re Clarification of the number of free float shares To President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to some newspapers stating that the number of free float shares of Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services PCL. ("BAFS") floated in the SET is only 4 million shares. The Company would like to clarify that the number of free float shares of BAFS is approximately 9 million shares, not 4 million shares as stated in the newspapers. Please so be informed.
