Dividend Payment Policy
Not less than 50%
of net profit after tax, and legal reserve and other reserves in the amount of not less than 10% by calculating from the net profit as of the separate financial statements.
Remark :
- Dividend Payout Ratio (%) is calculated based on EPS from the consolidated financial statements.
- The dividend policy is to distribute not less than 50% of net profit after deduction of corporate income tax, legal reserve, and other reserves of not less than 10%, calculated based on the Company’s separate financial statements
