คุณประกอบเกียรติ นินนาท กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท บริการเชื้อเพลิงการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) เข้าร่วมงาน Board of the Year จัดโดยสมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD)โดยได้รับการประกาศให้เป็นหนึ่งใน 10 บริษัทในกลุ่มบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย ที่มีมูลค่าตามราคาตลาด 30,000ล้านบาท โดยผ่านเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นเข้าสู่การสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อชิงรางวัล โดยประกาศผลในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน 2562 เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 18 มกราคม 2562 ณ โรงแรมฮิลตัน สุขุมวิท กรุงเทพ

บริษัท บริการเชื้อเพลิงการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เข้าอยู่ในระดับ Universe ของกลุ่มหลักทรัพย์ ESG100 ประจำปี 2562 ด้วยการประเมินข้อมูลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย โดยหน่วยงาน ESG Rating สถาบันไทยพัฒน์ซึ่งบริษัทได้รับการประกาศตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2558 และเป็นปีที่ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 5

BAFS sold 7% of shares in Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited (FPT) to Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited and 9.5% of shares to PTG Logistics Company Limited. Make BAFS had 75% of the remaining shares.

BAFS has passed the inspection of Surveillance & Upgrade ISO 9001:2015 and Surveillance OHSAS 18001:2007 From BVC.

BAFS Innovation Development Company Limited (BID) was established on December 15, 2016 in order to research and development, the design and improvement, and the production and sales, of innovative products. BID also provides technology innovation development services, including the licensing of our patents for use by other companies. BAFS holds 100% of the total shareholding in BAFS Innovation Development Company Limited (BID).

BAFS received Sustainability Outstanding Awards

Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services PLC. (BAFS) received the Sustainability Outstanding Awards from Sustainability Report Award 2016 on December 15, 2016, which held by CSR Club, Thai Listed Companies Association, Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) and Thaipat Institute to elevate listed companies on their disclose information regarding environmental, social and governance (ESG) for long term sustainability.

BAFS starts to provide aircraft refueling services at Trat Airport

Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2557 has passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Prakobkiat Ninnad to be Managing Director replacing M.R. Supadis Diskul and will be effective on 1st August 2014.

JP-One Asset Company Limited has transferred its entire business to Fuel Pipeline Transportation Company Limited.

M.R. Supadis Diskul retires from his role as Managing Director.

Mr. Prakobkiat Ninnad was appointed Managing Director.

BAFS won Thailands Corporate Brand Rising Star 2014 as the highest growing corporate brand value in resource sector in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

BAFS received a certificate for collective action coalition against corruption to acknowledge that the company as Thailands Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption Council.

BAFS has established an Executive Committee, which comprises Managing Director from BAFS and subsidiary. M.R. Supadis Diskul was appointed as Executive Chairman

BAFS become a major shareholder of Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited, by holding 90.7% of share.

On 31st October 2011 BAFS temporary stop providing refueling service due to flooding at Don Mueang Airport and resume full operation on 22nd December 2011.

BAFS provided a refueling service to Thai First Flight with Biofuel TG8421 and Thai First Passenger Biofuel Flight in Asia TG 104.

BAFS signed Aviation Fuel Services Agreement with 9 oil companies and 1 airline for receive aircraft refueling services at Suvarnbhumi airport.

BAFS conducted test run on domestic trial flight at Suvarnabhumi airport. The company provided the first refueling service to Thai AirAsia.

BAFS signed Aviation Fuel Services Agreement with 9 oil companies and 1 airline for receive aircraft refueling services at Suvarnbhumi airport.

Established JP-One Asset Co., Ltd. (JP-One) to supply aviation fuel to Suvanabhum airport from Makkasarn Area Suvarnabhumi.

BAFS hold 90% of share in Thai Aviation Refueling Company Limited or (TARCO).

BAFS signed contract for aviation fuel depot construction with Ch.Karnchang Company Limited at Suvarnbhumi airport.

BAFS and The Joint Venture between ASIG Limited and Novatech Co., Ltd were chosen by Airport of Thailand Public Company Limited to provide aircraft refueling service, both company have a contractual right to operate its business for 20 years.

H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej presided over the Cornerstone Laying Ceremony of Suvarnabhumi Airport on January 19, 2002.

BAFS 1st day trading at the Stock Exchange of Thailand

First day that BAFS start to provide aircrafts refueling service at Samui Airport.

M.R. Supadis Diskul, Managing Director of TARCO and Mr. Kamthorn Trivisvavet, Director and Senior Executive Vice President of Ch.Karnchang Company Limited, sign contract for the construction of aviation hydrant refueling at Suvarnabhumi international airport, concourse F-G.

BAFS became a service provider for refuelling aircrafts at Sukhothai Airport.

BAFS signed the Joint Investment Agreement with New Bangkok International Airport Company Limited (NBIA) and the Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand (IFCT) to establish a new company named Thai Aviation Refueling Company Limited or (TARCO) for providing aviation hydrant refueling service and related business at Bangkoks second international airport which the company grants a right to operate a business for 30 years.

BAFS became a public company on September 28, 1995, Assuming the new name of Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited . The company increased its registered capital to 340 million baht from 80 million baht. Corporate governance policies and procedures complied with regulatory requirements and best practices on public disclosure requirements. They helped to steer the ongoing development of the company.

BAFS hold 82.92% of share in IPS while The Petroleum Authority of Thailand or PTT hold 16.66%. The company took charge of entire business.

Since 1986, IPS staff have strongly collaborated with BAFS' personnel, creating a sense of mutual unity. IPS staff eventually decided to become part of BAFS. Following their request to be transferred to BAFS, A personnel transfer contract was signed on January 1, 1993. Since then, the two companies that had worked shoulder to shoulder with the shared goal of enhancing aviation refuelling to the highest standard have completely merged under the BAFS umbrella.

BAFS hold 10% of share in Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited (FPT) which established by the Cabinet resolutions.

National Energy Policy Council and the cabinet allow BAFS to be a mainstay on aviation fuel transportation project (Bangchak Donmueang)

Hiring Dorsch to feasibility study in aviation fuel transportation from Bangchak to Don Mueang.

Determined to provide punctual and rapid aircraft refueling service at Bangkok International Airport (Don Mueang) that afforded ultimate safety and conformity with business alliance, BAFS actively cooperated with business alliances. This made a considerable contribution to its untroubled performance and success during the first stage of operation

6 shareholders of BAFS reached an agreement to established Intoplane Service (IPS) Company Limited. The shareholder including The Shell Company of Thailand Limited, Caltex Oil (Thailand) Limited, Mobil International Aviation and Marine Sales Inc., Esso Standard Thailand Limited, Elf Aviation (Thailand) Limited and The Petroleum Authority of Thailand.

BAFS first day of operation, the first six customers are The Petroleum Authority of Thailand, Caltex Oil (Thailand) Limited, Elf Aviation (Thailand) Limited, Mobil International Aviation and Marine Sales Inc., The Shell Company of Thailand Limited, Esso Standard Thailand Limited. The company also provided a first refueling service to Gulf Air: GF155 (B747) departed from Manila to Baharain.

BAFS has signed construction contract with CH. Karnchang Company Limited for an amount of 220 Million Baht.

BAFS constructed the new aviation fuel Depot and delivered to the Royal Thai Air Force in the area of Wing 6, Don Muang Air force base as the replacement of the old Depot.

BAFS cooperated with government agency for the construction of Don Mueang Aviation Fuel Airport and Hydrant Fueling System at Bangkok International Airport (Don Mueang) which hydrant system designed by Elf Aviation.

During 1977-1987, it was the decade when the Thai aviation industry began to flourish; this was due mainly to the economic boom in Southeast Asia. Located strategically in the middle of the region, Thailand considered itself to be the aviation hub of Southeast Asian region. Therefore, Bangkok International Airport (Don Mueang) need to be developed which first and foremost consideration was revolution aircraft refueling service in order to be on par with leading international airports.

Bangkok Aviation Fuel Service Company Limited or BAFS was inaugurated in line with the Cabinet resolutions to offer aircraft refueling services at Bangkok International Airport.

Flight Lieutenant Udom Krisnampok was the first to be appointed as Chairman of the company and M.R. Supadis Diskul was the first Managing Director.

BAFS was incorporated with initial registered capital of 80 Million Baht. Thai Airways International Company Limited was major shareholder ,other shareholders consist of Crown Property Bureau, The Petroleum Authority of Thailand, Caltex Oil (Thailand) Limited, Esso (Thailand) Company Limited., The Shell Company of Thailand Limited.Thai Airways Company (TAC), Airports Authority of Thailand (AAT), Mobil Oil Thailand Limited and Elf Aviation (Thailand) Limited.
