Re Revising alignment of the Hydrant Feeder Lines

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Reference is made to the letter from the Company to Thai Aviation
Refueling Co.,Ltd.("TARCO") which has been granted the right from New
Bangkok International Airport Co.,Ltd.("NBIA") to invest and operate
the Hydrant Fuelling System at Suvarnabhumi Airport, proposing for the
revised alignment of the hydrant feeder lines from a tie in point at
Suvarnabhumi Airport eastern perimeter and extend the hydrant feeder
lines to the Company's depot perimeter which located outside of
Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Recently, BAFS has received a letter dated April 23, 2002 from
TARCO stated that TARCO had summitted a letter asking for a permission
to revise the new alignment of the hydrant feeder lines to NBIA and NBIA
had responded that NBIA had no objection to the proposal stated above.
