BAFS has conducted business in a responsible manner toward all groups of stakeholder affected positively and negatively by its business process. BAFS sets up explicit sustainability framework with material topics by considering internal and external factors as well as expectations of stakeholders throughout its supply chain.

BAFS’ sustainable development has not been focused only on operational process and service delivery, but it is also consisted of holistic business operations across the supply chain. BAFS reviewed stakeholder, categorized stakeholder groups and identified needs, concerns and expectations of stakeholders as well as set response plans to stakeholders. To summarize, BAFS is having 7 stakeholder groups.
