MD.123/2002 October 1, 2002 Re: Notification of Prepaid Principal Repayment from Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to the Second Amendment to Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited (FPT)'s Debt Restructuring, whereby the company (the creditor) acknowledged the conditions and the execution with FPT (the debtor) on March 28, 2002, The company would like to report to the Stock Exchange of Thailand that for the third quarter of the year 2002, the company received the Prepaid Principal Repayment from Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited (FPT) for the amount of Baht 2.25 million, according to the proportion of 16.054 percent that the company being held as FPT's creditor. Such Prepaid Principal Repayment is the amount that the company received beyond the repayment amount that FPT has to be paid as scheduled. Please be informed according.
