Re : Notification of the Achievement of Good Corporate Governance Rating

According to the Company's participation in the Corporate Governance
Rating Program which is undertaken by the Thai Rating and Information
Services Co.,Ltd. (TRIS).
We are pleased to notify that the Thai Rating and Information Services
Co.,Ltd. (TRIS) has already informed us that the Company receives the
score of 7.39 out of 10, which has been assigned as having "Good to
Excellent" Corporate Governance.
