Re: Additional Information Regarding TARCO Acquisition

Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of
Directors Meeting No. 3/2003 on 8 August 2003, and the Meeting resolved
to approve the purchase of shareholding stakes in Thai Aviation Refueling
Co., Ltd. (TARCO) for a total number of 2.385 million shares (Two million
three hundred and eighty-five thousand shares) or in proportion of 45% of
TARCO's registered capital, in the amount of Baht 882.25 million. As such,
the Company would hold 90% of TARCO's registered capital after this
purchase. Still, the execution of the transaction is subject to
concurrence from the New Bangkok International Airport Co., Ltd. (NBIA)
and approval from the TARCO shareholders' meeting.
The Company would like to notify that such acquisition is not the
connected transaction according to the SET's Rules and Regulations.
