Re: Report of TARCO Shares Acquisition

Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of
Directors Meeting No. 3/2003 on 8 August 2003, and the Meeting resolved
to approve the purchase of shares in Thai Aviation Refueling Co., Ltd.
(TARCO) in the total amount of 2.385 million shares (Two million three
hundred and eighty-five thousand shares) or in proportion of 45% of
TARCO's registered capital, for the total purchase price of Baht 882.25
million. As a result of such acquisition, the Company would hold 90% of
TARCO's registered capital. However, the execution of the transaction is
subject to concurrence from the New Bangkok International Airport Co.,
Ltd. (NBIA) and approval from the TARCO shareholders' meeting.
Now the transaction has been concurred by the New Bangkok International
Airport Co., Ltd. (NBIA) and has been approved from the TARCO
shareholders' meeting. Therefore, the Company has concluded the
transaction and received the ownership in 2.385 million shares in TARCO
on August 26, 2003.
