No. MD. 090/2003 September 5, 2003 Re:Combined User Fee Adjustment, New User Acceptance, Bid Result for Depot Construction To:President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2003 on 5 September 2003, starting from 10:00 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1.The Meeting resolved to approve the increase in Combined User Fee of the Company from 2.13 U.S.Cent/U.S.Gallon to be 2.34 U.S.Cent/U.S.Gallon, with effect from November 1, 2003 to October 31, 2004 and to be 2.58 US.Cent/US.Gallon, with effect from Novemeber 1, 2004 until the opening of Suvarnabhumi Airport. 2.The Meeting resolved to accept China Resources Petroleum Co., Ltd. (CRPC) to be a new user at Bangkok International Airport (Donmuang) and approve the Premium on Combined User Fee (CUF) for CRPC at Bangkok International Airport (Donmuang) at the rate of 0.46 USC/USG until the opening of Suvarnabhumi Airport and the discontinuation of the service at Bangkok International Airport (Donmuang). 3.The Meeting resolved to approve the result of the bid for construction of aviation fuel depot at Suvarnabhumi Airport by way of e-Bidding on September 1, 2003 where the contract was awarded to CH.
