MD.028/2006 February 22, 2006 Re: Change resignation date of the Director of Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services PLC. To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As the Company informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mr.Tasanai Sudasna Na Ayudhaya, a member of the Board of Directors of Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services PLC, has resigned from his position, effective from January 31, 2006 onwards. However, Mr.Tasanai Sudasna Na Ayudhaya had later informed about changing resignation date to be effective from February 15, 2006 onwards.
