Re: Report of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting

Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of
Directors Meeting No. 3/2006 on 10 May 2006, starting from 10.00 hrs. and
the meeting passed the following material resolutions:
1.Approve the Financial Statement for Quarter 1/2006 as proposed.
2.Reappoint Mr. Srisook Chandransu as the Chairman of the Board of Directors
of the Company for a term of 2 years, effective from May 14, 2006.
3.Approve to increase Combined User Fee of the Company from 2.58 U.S.Cent/
U.S.Gallon to be 2.74 U.S.Cent/U.S.Gallon, effective from July 1, 2006.
