Clarification about supply of aviation fuel to Suvarnabhumi

No.MD. 138/2006 September 11, 2006 Re: Clarification about the supply of aviation fuel to Suvarnbhumi Airport To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to news stated in Manager, Post Today and Kaohoon Newspapers dated 11 September 2006 that BAFS does not sign MOU with Thai Petroleum Pipeline Co., Ltd. (THAPPLINE) to supply aviation fuel to Suvarnabhumi Airport which may affect the operation commencement of Suvarnabhumi Airport on September 28, 2006. BAFS would like to inform that the stated news is incorrect. BAFS and THAPPLINE have good relationship for the time being by having no argument at all. In addition, BAFS has already signed MOU with THAPPLINE to supply aviation fuel to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Therefore, at present BAFS's depot at Suvarnabhumi Airport has 2 routes to receive aviation fuel. In case that one pipeline has any problem, the other pipeline can be used to supply aviation fuel to Suvarnabhumi Airport. From the above, it ensures that BAFS's service shall certainly not affect the operation commencement of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Respectfully yours, (M.R.Supadis Diskul) Managing Director
