Appoint Mr.Sumon Surathin as a member of the Audit Committee in succession of Mr. Manas Leeviraphan, effective from May 8, 2008 onwards. 2. Appoint Flight Lieutenant Udom Krisnampok as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from May 8, 2008 onwards. 3.
