MD.087/2010 May 13, 2010 Re: Report of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2010 on May 13, 2010, starting from 10:00 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1. Appoint Mr. Nuttachat Charuchinda as the Company's director, effective from May 13, 2010 onwards. 2. Approve the budget for purchasing 1 Main Hydrant Pump and related equipments, totaling of 21 Million Baht. 3. Appoint the Risk Management Committee with the following members: 1) Mr. Aswin Kongsiri Chairman 2) Mr. Vinai Chamlongrasdr Director 3) M.R.
