MD.125/2010 August 11, 2010 Re: Payment of Interim Dividend for the first six month of year 2010 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited would like to inform that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2010 on August 11, 2010 approved the declaration of interim dividend for operation of the first six months of year 2010 at the rate of Baht 0.18 per share to the holders of 509,997,325 shares, totaling Baht 91,799,518.50. The shareholder right to receive dividend shall be determined in accordance with the record as of August 25, 2010, whose names shall be collected pursuant to section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E.2535 by way of closure of share register on August 26, 2010, with the dividend payment date on September 7, 2010.
