Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited (BAFS) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 30, 2025, at Meeting Room 109 (B), 1st Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, the management team, and employees from across BAFS GROUP.

This year’s meeting was conducted in a hybrid format—both on-site and online—to facilitate shareholder participation. It reaffirmed the company’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive decision-making by encouraging active shareholder engagement in shaping the company’s direction.
