BAFS has expanded its internal waste separation program by participating in the Low Emission Support Scheme (LESS), certified by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). In 2023, BAFS is implementing two major projects under the program: "Road to Zero Waste" campaign and the production of organic compost from food waste in collaboration with the “Farm Hugs” project. These efforts resulted in a certified reduction of greenhouse gas emissions totaling 11.379 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e). This achievement reflects the company’s strong commitment to effective waste management, environmental responsibility, and the transition towards a circular economy. The company remains dedicated to continuously improving its waste reduction and separation efforts, aiming to contribute to a more sustainable society in the long term.
