BAFS held its second Town Hall of 2025 to promote the mindset of “Driving the Future with Innovation”, bringing together executives and employees to share company policies, strategic directions, and growth vision. The event was broadcast live across all operational sites to ensure alignment and a shared understanding throughout the organization.

M.L. Nathasit Diskul, President of BAFS, presented last year’s performance highlights, future business opportunities, and sustainable growth goals, while emphasizing the importance of Core Values and Innovation as the organization’s driving forces. The session also provided an open platform for employees to ask questions, exchange ideas, and share perspectives.

A key highlight was the presentation of the Uplift Trophy and GROUP Star 2025 awards, recognizing employees who best embody BAFS’s Core Values — honoring their dedication, creativity, and role as inspiration to colleagues across the organization.
