No. MD. 120/2003 November 5, 2003 Re:Approve Financial Statement for Q3/2003, Investment in the Project of Aviation Fuel Transportation Pipeline To:President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2003 on 5 November 2003, starting from 14:00 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1.The Meeting resolved to approve the Financial Statement for Quarter 3/2003 as proposed. 2.The Meeting resolved to approve the cancellation of the construction of truck off-loading facilities for aviation fuel at Suvarnabhumi Airport; and resolved in principle for the Company to invest in the project for aviation fuel pipeline to Suvarnabhumi Airport within the budget of Baht 300 million in a form of joint venture company with the Company being leading party in the formation of the joint venture and holding not exceeding 50% of the total shares, the company name shall be JP-One Asset Co., Ltd and the registered capital shall be Baht 600 million.
