No. MD.131/2003 December 3, 2003 Re :Notification of the Achievement of Excellent Corporate Governance Rating To :President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the Company's participation in the Corporate Governance Rating Program which is undertaken by the Thai Rating and Information Services Co.,Ltd. (TRIS) in the year 2002 and in the review of Corporate Governance rating in the year 2003. We are pleased to notify that TRIS has already informed us the reviewed Corporate Governance rating score that the Company receives the score of 8.08 out of 10, which has been assigned as having "Excellent" Corporate Governance, reflecting that the Company has better applied to the principles of Good Corporate Governance comparing to last year where the Company received the score of 7.39.
