No. MD. 141/2003 December 19, 2003 Re:Cancellation of the Plan for Issuance of Debentures, Approval of Budget for Into-plane System, Appointment of Director To:President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 6/2003 on 19 December 2003, starting from 10:00 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1.The Meeting resolved to cancel the plan to issue debentures in the amount of Baht 800 million, to be replaced by long-term loan from financial institution in the amount not exceeding Baht 800 million with a term of no more than 10 years. 2.The Meeting resolved to approve the budget for design, construction supervision and construction of Into-plane system (excluding Hydrant), as well as equipment relating to Into-plane service at Suvarnabhumi Airport in the amount not exceeding Baht 400 million. 3.The Meeting resolved to reappoint Mr. Bancha Pattanaporn to be the director after his resignation from the director since October 14, 2003.
