MD.136/2007 August 8, 2007 Re: Report of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2007 on August 8, 2007 starting from 9.30 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1. Approve the Financial Statement for Quarter 2/2007 as proposed. 2. Approve the declaration of interim dividend for operation of the first six months of year 2007 at the rate of Baht 0.20 per share to the holders of 509,997,325 shares whose names appear in the Company's share register book as of August 23, 2007 at 12.00 noon, amounting to the total dividend of Baht 101,999,465, and the dividend be paid on September 5, 2007. 3. Approve in principle to change the Service Fee to be charged to the users from US Dollar currency (US Cent per US gallon) to Baht currency (Satang per liter) to be applicable to the services rendered at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Donmuang Airport, Samui Airport and Sukhothai Airport, and to authorize the Managing Director to negotiate with the users.
