MD. 197/2007 November 14, 2007 Re: Report of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2007 on November 14, 2007 starting from 9.30 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1. Approve the Financial Statement for Quarter 3/2007 as proposed. 2. Approve the change of authorized person and the date for approval of Financial Statement 2.1 Authorized person for approval of Financial Statement 2.1.1 Quarterly Financial Statement - Board of Directors have delegated power to Managing Director to approve the Quarterly Financial Statement after the review thereof by Audit Committee. 2.1.2 Year End Financial Statement - Board of Directors have maintained its authority to approve the Year End Financial Statement. 2.2 Date of approval of Financial Statement 2.2.1 Quarterly Financial Statement - the date that the Quarterly Financial Statement has been reviewed by Audit Committee and approved by Managing Director. 2.2.2 Year End Financial Statement - the date that the Year End Financial Statement has been approved by Board of Directors. The above change will take effective in respect of from 2007 Year End Financial Statement and onward. 3. Acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Kobchai Srivilas with the effect from December 1, 2007.
