MD.096/2008 May 6, 2008 Re: Tax benefit of BAFS dividend To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As the Annual General Meeting of 2008 of Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited on April 18, 2008 passed the resolutions approving the dividend payment for 2007 at the rate of Bht 0.52 per share, which the interim dividend was already paid at the rate of Bht 0.20 per share, therefore, the dividend to be paid at this time shall be at the rate of Bht 0.32 per share and will be paid on May 16, 2008 to the shareholders whose names appear in the share register at 12.00 hrs. of April 29, 2008. The Company would like to clarify the tax benefit of BAFS dividend that the shareholder can credit dividend tax as follows. 1. At the rate of Bht 0.14 per share, paid from 30% of net profit Therefore, tax credit equals dividend x thirty / seventy. 2. At the rate of Bht 0.18 per share, paid from 25% of net profit Therefore, tax credit equals dividend x twenty five / seventy five. Please be informed accordingly. Respectfully yours, (M.R.
