MD.166/2008 October 6, 2008 Re: Report of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2008 on October 6, 2008, starting from 9:30 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: 1.Appoint Mr.Serirat Prasutanond and Mr. Tanachai Vienravee as the Company's directors, effective from October 6, 2008 onwards. 2.Allow the shareholder to propose the agenda and nominate a person to be elected as the Company's directors for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 3 months from October 15 until January 15 of each year.
