MD.190/2008 December 19, 2008 Re: Revise the Audit Committee Charter To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2008 on December 19, 2008, starting from 9:00 hrs. and the meeting passed the following material resolutions: Approve the revision of the Audit Committee Charter in the items of the scope of duties and responsibilities, the composition and qualification, together with the quorum of the Audit Committee, which will be effective from December 19, 2008. This is to comply with the changing regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, as well as Good Corporate Governance Principles.
